Training is held at Kanebridge Oval in season and Balmoral Road Reserve in pre-season
Training is held on a Monday and Wednesday starting at 6:30pm (players expected to arrive around 6pm) and finishes between 8-8:30pm
All players are expected to bring boots, joggers & mouth guard
Premier Division Players are expected to complete 2 gym sessions per week as provided by the clubs Strength & Conditioning Coach
