When popular Sydney Hills Eagles player Dean Costello takes the field this weekend, it will be his 100th Club Game for the Eagles. Costello is a Baulkham Hills Junior and coincidently will achieve the milestone on ‘Back to Baulko Day’.
Deano started playing AFL at age 9, progressing through the ranks at Baulkham Hills and joining the Eagles in 2009. He rates the 2010 Sydney AFL Premiership win over Sydney University as his best buy modafinil with a credit card memory at the club to date, also rating current team mate Jamie Vlatko as the best player he has played with.
In recognising the milestone, NEAFL Coach Michael Sankey added, ‘Dean is an extremely hard working player who sets a great example for younger players to follow in terms of training standards and game day preparation. Dean is very easy to coach’.
Congratulations Dean on this great achievement.
